Disney’s Polynesian Transportation Map (with Destinations)
When planning a stay at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, you’ll want to have a map to reference for a couple of things. One of those things is transportation options. However, with so many items on the map, sometimes these things can be difficult to locate. So, we’ve added a map of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort below that shows the locations of the major forms of transportation.
Below, you’ll find a quick reference for each of these forms of transportation. If you would like to know more specifics about these routes, our companion travel guides are listed a little further down.
Resort Boats
- Magic Kingdom
- Grand Floridian
The boat leaves the Polynesian, travels to Magic Kingdom, and then continues to the Grand Floridian. The Polynesian is the second stop when leaving Magic Kingdom.
Monorail
After boarding the monorail at the Polynesian, it stops in the following order:
- Grand Floridian
- Magic Kingdom
- Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Transportation and Ticket Center (Exit and Transfer to Epcot)
- Returns to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
Buses
- Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Disney Springs
- Blizzard Beach
- Typhoon Lagoon
*Guests usually have to take a transfer bus to the water parks. The bus driver can show you where to board the water park bus at the transfer point.
*Buses are shared with the Grand Floridian.
Walkway
- Guests can walk from the Polynesian to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) to board the monorail to Epcot. (This is often shorter than taking the resort monorail to the TTC for the transfer.)
- Guests can walk from the Polynesian to the Grand Floridian and continue to Magic Kingdom.
