Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach to Undergo Brief Refurbishment in Late March
Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is expected to undergo a brief refurbishment in late March. Disney has posted a notice on their website that Sebastian’s Bistro will close beginning March 24, 2025. The refurbishment period should only last a few days, and the restaurant is expected to reopen by the end of the month. Here is the official wording on the Walt Disney World website:
Beginning March 24, 2025, Sebastian’s Bistro will be closed for refurbishment. It’s expected to reopen at the end of March. Guests may see and hear construction in the area until work is completed. While the restaurant is closed, enjoy the many other dining options.
