Limited-Time Treats to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Available at Disney World
Disney Eats has shared several treats that will be available at Walt Disney World in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Most of these treats will be available starting tomorrow March 1st through March 17th. However, some will be more limited. We’ll go through each one of them below in case you’re visiting during this time.
We’ll start with the Mickey’s St. Patrick’s Day Milkshake at Disney’s Beach Club’s Beaches and Cream Soda Shop. This shake is described as a mint milk shake with chocolate drizzle, shamrock sprinkles, and a specialty vanilla cupcake. It’s available March 1st through the 17th.
At Disney Springs, you might like to try the Shamrock Ganache Square and the Irish Whiskey Ganache Square from The Ganachery. (If you enjoy chocolate, this is one of our favorite places…ever.) The special themed squares will be available March 1st through the 17th. One features dark and the other milk chocolate.
Some of the outdoor bars at Disney Springs will offer a vibrant drink called the Green Gold Breeze between March 8th through the 31st. A fun play on a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, the drink is topped with a rainbow sweet-and-sour straw. This drink features Bacardi Silver Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple Juice, Minute Maid Orange Juice, lime juice, and a candy garnish
Another excellent stop on the Disney Springs food scene is Amorette’s Patisserie. This location will have one of their special petit cakes themed to a leprechaun’s hat. The Leprechaun Top Hat Petit Cake features Irish toffee cake, butterscotch whiskey ganache, dark chocolate mousse, and caramel crispy pearls.
Dockside Margaritas at the Disney Springs Marketplace will also have a special themed drink for the occasion. it will be available from March 8th through the 31st. The Irish Whiskey Margarita features Jameson Irish Whiskey, Grand Marnier Liqueur, lime juice, and sweet-and-sour garnished with a lime wedge.
Back at The Ganachery, you might also like to check out the Mickey St. Patrick’s Day Piñata. This dark chocolate piñata is filled with mint marshmallows!
Lastly, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar will offer a specialty cocktail called the Pot of Gold, comprised of Jameson Irish Whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup, and shimmer with a garnish.
If you’re visiting Walt Disney World on St. Patrick’s Day, you’ll also likely see a few fun PhotoPass opportunities in the parks. Don’t forget to pack a touch of green in your suitcase!
