Where to Find Prime Rib Sliders at Disney World (Don’t Miss Them)
Years ago, the prime rib sliders were introduced to the menu at Crew’s Cup and became an instantaneous hit. Then, the world changed, and the delicious menu item disappeared. We continued visiting Crew’s Cup, but things weren’t the same. We asked if there was any word on the prime rib sliders every visit. The answer was always no, with the mention that they receive multiple requests daily. That is, until last Fall when they resurfaced on the menu.
But I’m getting ahead of myself. Crew’s Cup is the lounge to Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht Club. From the outside, it looks like a dark and mysterious hole-in-the-wall lounge. However, inside, you’ll find a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere with regular seating and a bar front and center. We absolutely love it and consider Crew’s Cup one of our favorite hidden gems.
For years, every time I walked down the long hall between the Beach and Yacht Club, I stopped to check the menu. When I finally saw the prime rib sliders back on the menu last Fall, I did a double take and immediately decided to return for dinner. They were so good, but I forgot to share them during the process of all our updates. So, I took a few photos of the updated menu and sliders on a recent visit. Here’s an idea of what’s currently available.
Before the prime rib sliders returned, I had gotten into the habit of ordering the lobster bisque and the Caesar Salad. Both are excellent items and combined, they make a great meal. The onion rolls are incredible. They are the ones from Yachtsman Steakhouse next door. But you won’t need a separate order if you’re ordering the prime rib sliders. The onion rolls are the vessel for the juicy prime rib! Here they are now. They come with an au jus, horseradish sauce, and Disney’s homemade potato chips.
The great thing about Crew’s Cup Lounge, other than the prime rib sliders? You don’t need a reservation. You can stop in and order dinner every time. They open at 4:00 p.m., and the lounge menu items are available between 5:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
