Disney’s Old Key West Restaurants List (A Resorts Gal Guide)
If you’re planning a stay at Disney’s Old Key West, you probably already know you’ll have a few more amenities in your room than at a regular resort. At the very least, a deluxe studio will offer a small sink, toaster oven, and microwave. One-bedroom and larger units will have a full-size kitchen. That said, it’s your vacation, so you’ll still want to be aware of the dining options at the resort.
Below, we’ve compiled a list of the restaurants at Disney’s Old Key West. We’ve added the regular operating hours, links to menus, and photos of a few things we’ve tried. Admittedly, Old Key West doesn’t have a ton of restaurants. But between the in-room amenities and proximity to Disney Springs (where there are over 60 dining options), we think you can do just fine. (It’s no secret how much we adore this resort’s charm.)
Old Key West Restaurants List
Here is a list of the dining options at Disney’s Old Key West.
- Good’s Food To-Go
- Gurgling Suitcase Libations and Spirits
- Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks
- Olivia’s Cafe
Below, we’ll preview details for each location.
Good’s Food To Go
Good’s Food To Go is the resort’s quick-service restaurant. It sits between the resort’s lobby and Community Hall. Good’s is a unique quick service because it doesn’t have an indoor dining location. Disney’s Old Key West is the only resort that doesn’t have a fast, casual restaurant with interior seating.
- Location: Hospitality House
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
- Disney: Menu with Prices
However, Good’s Food To Go does have a substantial menu with breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. You can even order Mickey waffles for breakfast. The menu offers the usual burgers, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals for lunch and dinner. This location also accepts mobile orders and has a separate mobile order pick-up window.

A covered area offers a beverage refill station with coffee, tea, and water. Those who purchase Rapid Fill mugs can refill their beverages at this location, which is also convenient to the resort’s feature pool area.

While Old Key West’s quick service lacks an indoor dining area, it offers an excellent place to enjoy a meal outdoors. This long row of picnic tables with umbrellas offers a scenic setting.
Gurgling Suitcase Libations and Spirits
The Gurgling Suitcase sits next to Good’s Food To Go. This hole-in-the-wall (literally) location is a walk-up bar with limited seating. But don’t be surprised if it’s packed. It’s an Old Key West favorite.
- Location: Hospitality House
- Hours: 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
- Disney: Menu with Prices
The Gurgling Suitcase serves appetizers, cocktails, beer, and wine. Appetizers are available daily until 10:00 p.m. They have hushpuppies, shrimp cocktails, Conch fritters, and deep-fried pickles with ranch dressing. This isn’t the worst place to pick up a few items to enjoy by the pool! This location serves Disney’s standard cocktail menu, which is available at most all pool bars and lounges. But they have a few specialty drinks specific to the resort, like the Pineapple Mule, Key West Freeze, and Turtle Krawl.
Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks
If you’re familiar with Disney’s Old Key West, you know it’s spread over a decent area with four pools. The Sandcastle Pool is the feature pool at Hospitality House near Good’s Food To Go and The Gurgling Suitcase. However, since the resort is so large, one of the secondary pools has its own quick service. You’ll find Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks at the Old Turtle Pond Road pool.
- Location: Turtle Pond Pool
- Hours: 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Disney: Menu with Prices
Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks offers items like cheese and pepperoni pizza, sandwiches, ice cream novelties, Mickey pretzels, and kids’ meals. It also offers a variety of beverages, cocktails, and beer selections. A small room with a beverage refill station is around the corner from the order window, where guests can refill Rapid Fill mugs.

Olivia’s Cafe
Olivia’s Cafe is the only table service restaurant at Disney’s Old Key West. We’ve enjoyed several meals here and always look forward to returning.
- Location: Hospitality House
- Breakfast and Lunch Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Disney: Menu with Prices
Olivia’s Cafe is located in the center of Hospitality House, across the outdoor walkway from the lobby and immediately next to Conch Flats General Store. If you’re visiting the resort to dine at Olivia’s, you’ll want to exit the bus at the Hospitality House bus stop.
Guests can dine inside or outside. We’ve enjoyed breakfast on the outdoor patio, but we usually have lunch inside if it’s hot.
I ordered buttermilk pancakes with bacon and grits instead of eggs on our last stay. Everything was excellent, but those grits are so good! They are an Olivia’s Cafe specialty.
We’ve tried the Southernmost buttermilk fried chicken. It’s country-fried and comes topped with gravy.
The signature bacon cheeseburger is another nice entree. Sometimes you just want a cheeseburger.
Dining Options Near Old Key West
Since Old Key West is in the Disney Springs Resort area, guests can take a bus or the DVC ferryboat from the resort to Disney Springs. The boat is a pleasant way to get to and from Disney Springs. It drops guests off at the Marketplace. You can board another boat from the Disney Springs boat dock to Port Orleans French Quarter and/or Riverside Resorts. You can also walk or boat to Disney’s Saratoga Springs from the Marketplace boat dock.
If you take the bus to Disney Springs from Old Key West, you’ll get dropped off at Town Center. Disney Springs is a large place, to minimize walking you might prefer to take a boat to Disney Springs and then take a bus back to the resort or vice versa. If you’re visiting the venue for a dining reservation, it’s good to know where you’re going. For example, if you had reservations at Summer House on the Lake, you would have an exceptionally long walk from the boat dock. So you might prefer to take the bus to Disney Springs and then take a leisurely stroll to the boat dock after dinner for your return trip.
