Victoria and Albert’s Receives Michelin Star Rating for Second Year in a Row

Victoria and Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has retained a Michelin Star rating for a second year in 2025. This comes after receiving their first star last year. Florida only became part of the famous Michelin Guide back in 2022.
The Michelin Guide was first created in the late 1800s by the Michelin brothers as a way to promote the use of vehicles, which results in wear and tear on tires. The idea is that readers would pick up a yearly guide and drive to these “sought-after” destinations to dine. Little did they know their guide would become one of, if not the highest, markers for distinguishing fine dining locations and others that offer exceptional quality and value.
In addition to Victoria and Albert retaining their one-star status, Capa Steakhouse at the nearby Four Seasons was awarded one Michelin Star for the fourth year in a row. This year’s Michelin Award ceremony was held at the Four Seasons (Walt Disney World Resort location) to honor their achievement.
A few other restaurants within the Disney bubble also retained Michelin’s stamp of approval as far as recommendations. They are as follows:
- Citricos (Grand Floridian)
- The Polite Pig (Disney Springs)
- Morimoto Asia (Disney Springs)
- Toledo (Gran Destino Tower)
- Ravello (The Four Seasons at the Walt Disney World Resort)
Four Flamingos by Richard Blais at the nearby Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress also retains its recommendation. This hotel is only a few minutes’ drive from Disney Springs.
If you have plans to visit Walt Disney World, any of these restaurants would be more than worthy of your consideration.
