Martha’s Vineyard Lounge at Disney’s Beach Club (Don’t Sleep On This One!)
Martha’s Vineyard might be the most overlooked lounge at Walt Disney World. But if you’re looking for a sit-down meal that doesn’t require reservations, it’s worth your consideration. Given the lounge’s location near Cape May Cafe, the lounge bites portion offers a few seafood items that are not typical of the average lounge.
Martha’s Vineyard sits at the end of the interior walkway at Disney’s Beach Club. It’s on the right before you exit to the outdoor portion of the walkway that leads to the Yacht Club. For reference, the Beach and Yacht Club are sister resorts connected by an indoor/outdoor walkway. Stormalong Bay, the resort’s shared feature pool area, sits between them.
Here are a few quick references for Martha’s Vineyard.

Martha’s Vineyard is exceptionally casual. You can find a table and chairs or a seat at the bar. Like all lounges at Disney World, Martha’s Vineyard is family-friendly.
I must admit I am prone to dining here during cooler weather. There have been many evenings when I left Epcot because of cooler temperatures to warm up with a bowl of chowder from Martha’s Vineyard. It’s always a warm, friendly, and inviting establishment.
On this visit, a couple of menu items were available, like Buffalo-glazed wings, New England clam chowder, an Artisan cheese plate, loaded potato barrels, and mussels. These items have been on the menu for as long as I can remember. Martha’s Vineyard became my clam chowder go-to in 2016, and it only recently occurred to me that some of you might enjoy it as much as I do. Lounges are often the kinds of places where guests aren’t entirely sure whether they will fit in or not. Rest assured, at the Disney World Resorts, lounges are simply table-service restaurants that offer a scaled-down menu of select items from the neighboring restaurant’s menu.
A few new items have recently been added: crispy shrimp and barbecue pork ribs. You can also order Snow Crab Legs by the pound, like at Cape May Cafe. We have a separate review of dinner at Cape May Cafe if you are interested.
Here, we have my beloved clam chowder. If you’re a soup person, you’ll likely enjoy this classic.
It comes with cornbread, which is the perfect accompaniment. For less than $10.00, I think this meal is pretty hard to beat.
Of course, if you’re looking for something a little more substantial, the prime rib sliders at Crew’s Cup are one of the best lounge meals at Disney World. Crew’s Cup is only a few steps away at the end of the interior walkway on the Yacht Club side of the resort. Both lounges are great options with unique menu items and theming.
In addition to lounge bites, Martha’s Vineyard offers Disney’s standard specialty cocktail menu, select wines, zero-proof cocktails, mocktails, beer, and cider.
Overall, Martha’s Vineyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed dining experience that requires little effort. We love the lounge and much prefer it over either of the resort’s primary quick-service restaurants. For more dining at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club, you might enjoy these other options:
