Details for Participating in the Garden Graze at the 2025 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival
Each year, the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival offers the Garden Graze. This festival favorite is considered a “food graze” where you can purchase five items from a list of ten available selections. Once the task is completed, you can trade in your stamped Festival Passport for a complimentary item, which is typically some sort of dessert or treat. Below, we’ll discuss the specifics of participating in this year’s Garden Graze.
How to Participate in the Garden Graze
First, you’ll want to make sure to pick up a Festival Passport when you enter the park. They are usually sitting in racks with the park maps near Epcot’s entrance. Anyone who plans to participate in the Garden Graze will need a passport to receive the complimentary item. If you forget, you can usually find them scattered throughout the park. But you wouldn’t want to wait in a long line to purchase one of the eligible food items and not have your passport. So it’s essential to secure one beforehand.
The following options are part of the 2025 Garden Graze:
- Grilled Street Corn on the Cob (Beach Grub)
- Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho (La Isla Fresca)
- Potato Pancake (Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market)
- Seasonal Fruit Parfait (Refreshment Outpost)
- Jamaican Beef Patty (Refreshment Outpost)
- Farmhouse Meatball (Trowel and Trellis)
- Lumpia (Citrus Blossom)
- Lemon Tart (Citrus Blossom)
- Biscuit and Gravy (BRUNCHCOT)
- Avocado Toast (BRUNCHCOT)
You must purchase five of the Garden Graze menu items listed above and collect a stamp for each one at the time of purchase. (These details will also be listed on a page inside your Festival Passport.) Make sure to have the cast member stamp your passport at the time of purchase. From experience, it can be easy to forget. Once you collect five stamps, you can take the passport to Pineapple Promenade near the Port of Entry to receive your complimentary item.
The Garden Graze can be completed in one day, or you can spread it out over multiple visits. The main thing is to have each item stamped at the time of purchase. This year’s festival runs from March 5th through June 2nd.

Grilled Street Corn on the Cob: A corn on the cob with savory garlic spread and “cheese.” This item is available from Beach Grub, a new outdoor kitchen between World Showcase and Imagination Pavilion.
Coconut-Chocolate Flancocho: This is a chocolate cake with coconut custard that’s topped with a passion fruit caramel. It’s available at La Isla Fresca, which is between the Morocco and France Pavilions.
Potato Pancake: A pancake served with a house-made applesauce. This item is available at the Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market in the Germany Pavilion.
Seasonal Fruit Parfait: This dessert comes topped with sweet chili sauce and Dole Whip mango flavor. It’s available at Refreshment Outpost between the China and Germany Pavilions.
Jamaican Beef Patty: This Impossible burger comes topped with spicy papaya syrup. It’s available at the Refreshment Outpost between the China and Germany Pavilions.
Farmhouse Meatball: This meatball made from Impossible beef with lentil bread features spinach, marinated vegetables and a creamy her aioli. It’s available at Trowel and Trellis near Disney Traders.
Lumpia: This traditional Filipino style of spring roll come with a plant-based pork, green papaya salad and yuzu sweet and sour sauce. It’s available at the Citrus Blossom at The Odyssey.
Lemon Tart: This lemon curd tart features a blood orange fluid gel, meringues, and raspberry powder. Find it at the Citrus Blossom in The Odyssey.
Biscuit and Gravy: This dish features Impossible sausage and pepper jelly. it’s available at Brunchcot.
Avocado Toast: This toasted ciabatta comes topped with marinated tomatoes, plant-based cheese crumbles, and avocado. It’s available at Brunchcot.
