Fuel Your Day With These Coffee Options at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
It’s no secret that days at Disney start early and end late. Whether you’re rope dropping the parks each morning or staying out later than usual for extended evening hours, you’re likely going to end up craving a little extra caffeine to help fuel your day.
If you’re staying at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, you’ll have a couple of options. Of course, all of the hotel’s guest rooms have in-room coffee makers. But you might want to venture out into the resort for something a little stronger and, uh, tastier. (I don’t know about you but I tend to save those in-room coffee packets for later in the day when it becomes more difficult to find a fresh cup of coffee around the resort.)
Unfortunately, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge does not have a dedicated coffee shop like some of the resorts. So we’ve shared where you can find a specialty coffee and what options are available.

Whispering Canyon Cafe (Table Service)
Whispering Canyon Cafe is the resort’s primary table service restaurant. It sits on the far side of the Wilderness Lodge lobby and can be a rowdy place to enjoy a meal. We make it a point to have breakfast here at least once during our stays. (If you aren’t fond of having attention drawn to your table during the meal, you can ask for a shenanigan-free breakfast. That’s what we do and the cast members are always happy to oblige.)
Anyway, this is an excellent place (and the only one) to pick up a press pot of coffee at the resort, which is always a treat. Here are the options.
- Freshly Brewed Joffrey’s Coffee Regular or Decaf
- Twinings Hot Tea
- Press Pot Peru Alto Mayo Protected Forest Coffee Roasted by Joffrey’s Coffee (Disney supports Conservation International’s Alto Mayo Protected Forest project in Peru, which promotes sustainable coffee growing and economic growth. This pot serves two.)
Morning Cocktail
- Toasted Marshmallow Coffee (Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Toasted Marshmallow Syrup, and Joffrey’s Coffee Espresso topped with Cocoa Powder and a Toasted Marshmallow)
Please note that menu items are subject to change. You can check the current pricing here on Disney’s website or via the My Disney Experience app.

Other Options
Unfortunately, the other restaurants at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge don’t list coffee on their menus. But from our experience, they can provide a cup of regular or decaf at Geyser Point Bar and Grill, Territory Lounge, and Artist Point. You’ll just want to ask the server if they can accommodate.
If it’s later in the day, you might want to visit one of the monorail resorts that have a specialty coffee shop like Contemporary Grounds at Disney’s Contemporary. (See Coffee Options at Disney’s Contemporary) Or you might enjoy a Hawaiian blend at Kona Island Coffee Bar at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. (See Coffee Options at the Polynesian) If you’re on the monorail, you can also exit at the TTC (Transportation and Ticket Center) and pick up a coffee at the Joffrey’s stand between the monorail and the ferry boat entrances.
Just remember to check hours of operation before you go out of the way. We have found that hours can vary greatly for the coffee shops at some of the resorts.
