Bourbon Steak by Chef Michael Mina to Open Later This Year at Disney’s Swan and Dolphin

A new restaurant is coming to Disney’s Swan and Dolphin later this year. Bourbon Steak by Chef Michael Mina, a highly acclaimed and award-winning chef, will take the place of longtime fan-favorite Shula’s Steakhouse at Disney’s Dolphin. This will be the 10th location for the popular restaurant chain offered by the Mina Group. With so many locations, Bourbon Steak is no stranger to the culinary scene. The steakhouse is known to offer a refined dining experience with the finest cuts of beef and seafood available. Per the announcement:
Guests are invited to savor a menu built on impeccable ingredients, elevated technique, and unforgettable presentation. With world-class wines, decadent desserts, and a sleek, modern setting just steps from Disney’s most celebrated attractions, Bourbon Steak Orlando promises an extraordinary culinary journey in the most magical of locations.
As far as accolades, Chef Michael Mina has received a Michelin star at his restaurant MICHAEL MINA. He is also a James Beard Foundation award recipient for “Who’s Who of Food & Beverage” and he’s been featured as Bon Appetit’s Chef of the Year. Most recently, the Robb Report listed him as one of the “50 Most Powerful People in American Fine Dining.”
