Disney’s Art of Animation Dining Guide (By Resorts Gal)
If you’re planning a stay at Disney’s Art of Animation, you’ll want to know your dining options at the resort and nearby. Since the resort is a value, you’ll be subject to one large food court offering multiple cuisines. A pool bar is also available at the feature pool.
However, since Disney’s Art of Animation is on the Skyliner, you’ll be within reasonable proximity of dining options at Caribbean Beach and Disney’s Riviera. You can even walk to Pop Century, which sits across the lake. But we’ve dined at both resort’s food courts a couple of times recently and found that they have mostly the same options.
To help you plan, we’ll cover the ins and outs of dining at Disney’s Art of Animation below. We’ll discuss what to expect, hours of operation, menus, and photos of a few things we’ve tried. I’ll also provide a few tips for dining elsewhere in case you get burnt out or feel a little adventurous during your stay.
Art of Animation Restaurants List
Here are the dining options at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
- Landscape of Flavors
- The Drop-Off Pool Bar
Below, we’ll preview details for each location.
Landscape of Flavors
Landscape of Flavors is the resort’s quick-service restaurant. It sits off Animation Hall and offers multiple stations with various cuisines.
- Location: Animation Hall (Off the Lobby)
- Hours: 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
- Disney: Menu with Prices
- Resorts Gal: Landscape of Flavors Review
For breakfast, you can expect the usual items like:
- Waffle Bounty Platter
- Loaded Totcho Bowl
- Character Waffles (Lightning McQueen and Mickey-shaped)
- Ham and Cheese Omelet
- Western Omelet
- Egg and Cheese Bagel Sandwich
- Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Bagel Sandwich
- Avocado Breakfast Bowl
*Menu items and prices are subject to change. For exact menu items and prices, check the menu link above or the My Disney Experience app.
For lunch and dinner, you can expect items like pizza and pasta, burgers, chicken, sandwiches, salads, and soups. They also have a few entree-style items where you can pick a protein and two sides. Some of those items include roasted chicken, salmon, Italian Sausage Mixed Grill, and Mongolian Beef. Sides are usually various vegetables, rice, or potatoes.
A menu board is available at the restaurant’s entrance. It offers a rotating overview of the menu items throughout the day. Landscape of Flavors takes mobile orders. If you’re returning from the parks late and want to order food, you might want to use mobile order. We place our order on the bus or Skyliner ride back to the resort. Then, select the “I’m here, prepare my order” when we arrive. Our order is usually ready when we get to the food court. You could also do this if you’re ordering breakfast. Just order your food before you leave the room, and it will likely be ready by the time you get to the food court.
Here is a look inside the food court.
Most of the items are in view. You might want to walk through on your arrival day and get an idea of what’s available.
Pizza is available for lunch and dinner. You can order it by the slice or an entire pizza. Cheese and pepperoni are typically the only two options. (Some people say they like to order an entire pizza so they can get one that’s freshly prepared. If your party is large enough, consider asking if you can get a fresh one.)
In addition to at least somewhat freshly prepared items, Landscape of Flavors has a substantial grab-and-go section with various items.
You can find boxed cereal, chips, fruit, beverages, beer, wine, and similar items. The food court also has a separate area offering dessert and specialty coffee drinks. Art of Animation has one signature cupcake, the Mermaid Tail Cupcake. They also have one of the better selections of desserts and pastry items among the value resorts.
Here are some of the grab-and-go beverages and other items that were available. We stay at both Art of Animation and Pop Century pretty regularly, and these standard items rarely change.
The resort’s food court has several beverage refill stations, which are the primary place to refill Rapid Fill mugs. To learn more about refillable mugs, check out our guide below. It includes a list of the beverages, prices, and an overview to help you decide whether or not they’re worth it.

Landscape of Flavors has four dining rooms, each themed to one of the resort’s four unique sections: Cars, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, and Finding Nemo.
A few tables with chairs are also available outside. The food court is a short distance from the main entrance to the Big Blue Pool.

On our last stay, I ordered the kids’ oatmeal for breakfast, which comes with a side of turkey sausage. If you’ve read any of our other resort dining guides, you know this is one of my go-to’s when I’m looking for a healthy-ish meal.
Since that stay, we spent a couple of nights at Pop Century, which is a short walk away. There, I ordered sesame chicken with stir-fry vegetables and rainbow carrots. This is a good option that’s not your average burger or pizza. I like the roasted rainbow carrots and hope they will keep them around. I’ve enjoyed them at several resort quick services.
The Drop Off Pool Bar
The Drop Off Pool Bar is adjacent to the Big Blue Pool. It offers a small selection of snacks and premade items like sandwiches and salads. They serve Disney’s standard cocktail menu. It’s available at most pool bars and lounges.
- Location: The Big Blue Pool
- Hours: 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. (Hours may vary.)
- Disney: Menu with Prices
For the record, the Drop Off Pool Bar is also across the walkway from Landscape of Flavors. So, if you’re spending the day at the pool, it’s often best to walk in or place a mobile order at Landscape of Flavors and bring it back to the pool. The pool bar is ideal for drinks and snacks like Mickey pretzels and frozen ice cream novelties.
The Drop Off Pool Bar also has a refillable beverage station. This is a quick place to refill your mug at the pool.
Art of Animation has an incredible feature pool area with a splash pad and a separate playground. The resort also has two other fun-themed pool areas. Read our pool guide to learn about the resort’s pools.

Dining Options Near Art of Animation
If you’re looking for quick-service dining near Art of Animation, you’ll have a couple of options only a Skyliner ride away. As mentioned, you can always walk across the bridge to Pop Century. But I wouldn’t expect much variety in the menu offerings at their food court.
From Art of Animation, you can board the Skyliner to Disney’s Caribbean Beach. At Caribbean Beach, you can exit and walk or take the internal shuttle to Old Port Royale. (See walking distances at Caribbean Beach for the exact length of the walk.) Caribbean Beach is home to Centertown Market, which is a substantial quick-service. They will have a lot of the same offerings for breakfast. But you’ll find some notable differences on the lunch and dinner menus. At this location, you walk in, order from a menu, and pick up your food when your pager alerts you that it’s ready.
You can also take the Skyliner from Art of Animation to Disney’s Riviera Resort. It’s home to what we consider the best quick service among the Disney Resorts. We always visit Primo Piatto when we stay at any of the Skyliner Resorts. They have excellent (and unique) options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, they have delicious pancakes (lemon-blueberry).

Final Thoughts
Overall, Art of Animation has a decent food court with plenty of choices. However, dining in a food court does get old after a couple of days. So, plan a couple of meals at other locations during your visit. For example, you might have breakfast at the Riviera one morning on your way to Epcot!
