New Resort Branded Merchandise at Disney’s Yacht Club (Minnie Ears & Loungefly)
On a recent visit to Disney’s Yacht Club, I was surprised to find a few new items had debuted, including Minnie Ears and a Loungefly backpack branded to the resort. So, while it hasn’t been long since our last visit, I thought we would preview the new resort merchandise. This visit was over Memorial Day weekend, and it looked like everything was well-stocked. But you know how that goes. It’s not uncommon for items to sell out.
We’ll start with the Minnie Ears. They have a dark navy bow (it almost looks black) with a button featuring the Yacht Club’s logo in the center. The ears are designed to look like white life preservers with red stripes and nautical ropes.
A matching Loungefly backpack is available. It features the same accents as the ears, and the body is white with navy blue stripes.
Here is a look at both sides. I didn’t notice any extras on the back. This backpack features the Disney Parks Loungefly plate.
Here, we have a magnet on the left side and a trinket dish on the right. I had not seen this magnet previously.
This women’s sweater with the navy lighthouse is also new. At first glance, I didn’t think it was resort-branded.
So I flipped one around and saw the Yacht Club tag exposed at the top of the sweater. I thought the tag could have had better placement on the front at the hem or something. This was kind of an odd location.
Here we have the traditional canteen.
The Yacht Club stein mugs were in stock. Mickey is featured on one side. On our last visit to the Yacht Club’s gift shop, we photographed several items with that same Mickey, including a resort magnet.
Here, we have a Yacht Club beach towel.
These cups are cute.
I’m not sure if this Sketchbook ornament for the Yacht Club is new or not. But I have never seen this one, and I stop by the gift shop at least once a month for a soda or snack.
This next ornament has been around for a while.
Here’s the traditional Yacht Club robe.
Okay, if you’ve read any of my posts, you know what I’m going to say about this next photo. I bought the red shirt two summers ago, and it did not hold up in the washer. After the first wash, it had white spots where the color faded. I ended up wearing it as a pajama shirt and eventually had to throw it away because it had so many holes.
Lastly, we see another pretty Yacht Club top with three-quarter sleeves for women.
I hope you enjoy the photos of these newer (and returning) resort-branded items at Disney’s Yacht Club! For more information, you might enjoy our resort guide to Disney’s Yacht Club. Or you might like the following:
