Disney's Wilderness Lodge Laundry Facilities (Photos & Info)

When it comes to doing laundry at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, you’ll want to know your options. Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has three laundry facilities. However, you’ll need to use the laundry room dedicated to your resort area. One laundry room is for guests of the main lodge. Another laundry room is for guests of Boulder Ridge Villas. The third laundry room is for guests of Copper Creek Villas. Below, we’ll preview each of these laundry areas and discuss what you need to know if you need to do laundry during your vacation.

Wilderness Lodge Laundry (Main Hotel)

Guests staying in a standard room at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge will need to use the laundry room on the resort’s first floor. This laundry room is a few steps past Roaring Forking on the right side of the hallway. You’ll see an offset area near the entrance to the laundry room.

This is a nice laundry facility with six washers and ten dryers.

A television is available if you sit and wait on your laundry. We usually put our load on and return to pick it up when the timer goes off. The washer cycle is typically 33 minutes, and the dryer runs for 60 minutes.

Disney has stopped using Laundry View as of this last year. They are now using a service called CSC Go to manage laundry. We often do laundry during our stays because we are at the resorts so often. This service is simple to use, but you’ll want to download the app if you visit often or have more than one load of laundry.

If you download the app, it will save your payment information, and you’ll receive a 0.25 discount per load of laundry. A load of laundry currently ranges from $3.25 to $3.50. (If you do not download the app, you’ll have to scan the QR code each time and enter your payment information.) That’s four entries to wash and dry two loads of clothes.

A vending machine dispenses laundry detergent for $1.00 per box. This machine takes debit and credit cards. (One box is enough for two loads!)

Copper Creek Villas Laundry

If you’re staying in Copper Creek Villas, you’ll have access to the resort’s fourth-floor laundry room. This laundry room is only a few steps from the elevator that services the main lobby. This laundry room is dedicated to Disney Vacation Club members and their guests.

So, if you’re staying in a deluxe studio at Copper Creek Villas, you’ll have access to this laundry room. To access this facility, you must scan your MagicBand or Keys to the World card. If you’re staying in the main portion of the resort, your key will not unlock the door.

You’ll have to pay $1.00 for laundry detergent. It’s important to note that a box of laundry detergent is suitable for two loads of laundry.

Boulder Ridge Villas Laundry Room

The laundry room at Disney’s Boulder Ridge Villas is a few steps beyond the elevator on the first floor. I forgot to walk down and take a photo, but it’s pretty simple to find if you’re staying in this resort area. This laundry facility is complimentary to guests of Boulder Ridge Villas. You’ll need to use your MagicBand to enter the laundry room.

Like other Disney World Villa Resorts, all one-bedroom and larger units will have a washer and dryer in the unit. Housekeeping usually leaves a pack of detergent to get you started. You can request more by calling housekeeping from your room or stopping by the hotel’s front desk.
