The Latest Disney’s Boardwalk Merchandise Features Scented Loungefly and More!
While browsing a few fairly new pieces of merchandise at Disney’s Boardwalk, I heard someone say, “smell it.” I turned to find a smiling cast member who insisted I take a whiff of the Boardwalk Loungefly backpack I was admiring. Okay. Surprisingly, it smelled divine. The scent took me back to a younger version of myself, who had a collection of scratch-and-sniff stickers neatly stored in a red sticker book adorned with a white carousel pony. It’s funny, the power of the senses in relation to memories.
Anyway, I thought some of you might enjoy a look at a few of these Boardwalk Inn-branded merchandise items. A few pieces have been around, but the backpack, Minnie Ears, and ornament were released within the last few months.
Here is a photo of the front and back of the scented Loungefly backpack at Disney’s Boardwalk. Not only does it smell good, but it also glows in the dark. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen one in the dark yet, so I can’t testify how well it lights up in the evening.
A scented pair of Minnie Ears, which glow in the dark like the backpack, was also available.
Here is the opposite side. I haven’t decided if I like the logo featured on the back side of the ears or not.
The Boardwalk beach tote is still in stock. It’s been around for some time now.
Here, we have the pretty cream robe with the Boardwalk Resort logo.
A few canteens were available.
This beach towel was new to me, and I’m unsure when it was released. But resort-branded merchandise can be very hit-or-miss. These things tend to sell out and then get restocked. So, if you’re hoping to buy a particular item during your vacation, it could be out of stock. I recommend checking in several times during your stay in case they get in a new shipment of items.
Here are a few more things.
This t-shirt below is similar to the one I bought at Disney’s Yacht Club a while back. You may remember it practically fell apart when I washed it. I’m unsure if the same company made this, but it looked almost identical.

We’ve seen several of these Sketchbook ornaments for the resorts lately.
A new Boardwalk Resort pin featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse reads, “Follow me to Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.”

I didn’t see much Disney Vacation Club merchandise while I was shopping. You may remember that we recently previewed the new 2024 Disney Vacation Club merchandise at Johari Treasures at Kidani Village. We also have an article that showcases the Disney Resort Loungefly backpacks and other products.
