Photos: Disney’s Beach Club Villas Lobby and Lounge Updates

Disney’s Beach Club Villas has recently undergone a few lobby updates. We stopped in on a recent visit to see how things were progressing and found that the lobby/lounge area had been completely redone. The guest area features entirely new furnishings, carpet, paint, and a freshly recovered pool table. We’ve shared photos of the newly refurbished area below.
For reference, Beach Club Villas is a part of Disney’s Vacation Club. You do not have to be a Disney Vacation Club member to stay in this wing of Disney’s Beach Club Resort. This resort area is defined by its mint green color. A statue of Ariel, the Little Mermaid, sits outside the villa’s main entrance. When you enter the villas, you’ll find a drawing room on the left, and this lobby or lounge area on the right.

Here’s an overview of the new space.

You might notice the built-in desk area that sits under the long row of windows on the far wall. Here are a few more photos.

The front corner of the room offers a nice reading nook.

You might also enjoy this area if you’re conversing with family and friends.

Overall, we were impressed with the updates to this area of the resort. I think most who have enjoyed the space will agree the lobby was tired and needed refreshing. These new colors and design changes are subtle and relaxing while still bringing warmth to a family-friendly space.
