Disney Announces New MagicBand+ Interactions with Select Stage Shows at Walt Disney World
Don’t be surprised if you’re at Disney’s Animal Kingdom and notice your MagicBand+ light up or vibrate during the show! Disney has announced that guests with MagicBand+ can experience new interactions at various stage shows throughout Walt Disney World. Here is the official announcement from Disney Parks:
Be part of the show as your MagicBand+ interacts with select entertainment, including For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, Festival of the Lion King, and more!
Here is a list of places these new features will work:
- Festival of the Lion King
- Finding Nemo: The Big Blue…and Beyond!
- Beauty and the Beast: Live on Stage
- Disney Jr. Play and Dance!
- For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration
- Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
Guests can also use MagicBand+ to:
- Enter the Disney Parks (with valid, linked admission)
- Enter their Resort Hotel Rooms
- Make Purchases
- Interact with the DisneyFab 50 Character Collection
- Play the Bounty Hunter Interactive Game in Batuu
- Interact During Nighttime Spectaculars
