If you’re planning a stay at Disney’s Beach Club, you will want to be aware of the available amenities. While we touched on a few of them in our resort overview, we wanted to provide a thorough list. We’ll start with resort transportation, which is one of the most important planning factors. We’ll also touch on laundry, housekeeping, and other “little things” that might be beneficial to your vacation.

Resort Transportation

Disney’s Beach Club offers the following modes of complimentary transportation:

  • Bus Service
  • FriendShips (Boat Service)
  • Walking Paths

*The Disney Skyliner is within walking distance of Disney’s Beach Club Resort. You can access the Skyliner at Epcot’s International Gateway.

The following article shares details on how to access a side door to the resort when you’re coming and going from Epcot. This “secret entrance” can be a lifesaver if it’s about to rain or you’re trying to get back to the resort to escape the heat.

Housekeeping

Guests staying at Disney’s Beach Club Resort will receive daily housekeeping service. From our experience, housekeeping typically includes the following: replacing towels and toiletries, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, trash and recycle removal, vacuuming, and tidying up in general.

You might also be surprised to find extra magical touches upon return to your room. We’ve been treated to a few towel animals and special arrangements of our Disney plushes. It’s always a nice gesture when the cast members go out of their way to make your hotel room feel more like “home.”

*Housekeeping works differently for guests staying with points (or rented points) at Disney’s Beach Club Villas.

Resort Laundry

Disney’s Beach Club has three laundry facilities. The resort’s primary laundry room sits next to the Tidal Pool near the front of the resort. A secondary laundry room is available nearby on the first-floor hallway near room 1532. Lastly, those staying in the villas wing of Disney’s Beach Club will have access to a laundry room on the 4th floor.

Hey Disney!

Hey Disney! is a magical voice assistant that was created specifically for the Walt Disney World Resort. This in-room device can assist you in the following ways:

  • Wake you with a message from Mickey Mouse and pals
  • Order you more towels
  • Tell you jokes, play you stories, or host a game of Disney trivia
  • Answer Common Questions (Like Hey Disney, when does Epcot open?)

*If you don’t want to use the voice assistant, you can always unplug it upon arrival.

  • Valet Parking (Extra Cost)
  • Online Check-In (You can usually go straight to your room upon arrival with this service, as long as your room is ready. We stay in the resorts often and have had good luck with early check-in.)
