Where to Meet Powerline Max at Disney World
If you’ve ever watched A Goofy Movie, then you already know that Max Goof cosplayed Powerline (a famous rock star) on the last day of school to impress Roxanne, and it worked! But then things got a little out of hand, as they often do with the Goof family. If, for some reason, you’ve never had the privilege of seeing the movie, make sure to add it to your queue. It’s timeless.
As for seeing or meeting Max Goof as Powerline at Walt Disney World, that’s where things get a little tricky. Unfortunately, he’s a rare and incredibly sought-after character. However, there are a few places (that require an extra expense) where you might find him. Let’s have a look!
Boo To You Pre-Parade at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
Max Goof has been part of the pre-parade at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom for the past couple of years. You’ll need to set up camp for the parade on Main Street, U.S.A., to see him. The pre-parade is only performed on Main Street. You might also run into Max and his troupe when they make surprise pop-up appearances (read random) during the party.
*It’s important to note that the party is an extra-ticketed event.
Meet-and-Greet at Disney’s Jollywood Nights
Max Goof has a meet-and-greet as Powerline during Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. He is one of the characters who meets around Echo Lake. Given his popularity, you can expect a long line. Here is a photo of his location, a fun photo opportunity.

Former Hollywood Studios Meet-and-Greet
Lastly, Max Goof met as Powerline for a limited time in 2023. Disney debuted this meet-and-greet location at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where he met for several months. When this meet-and-greet ended, he returned to his regular outfit (red shirt with purple pants) with Goofy along Grand Ave.
