Character Spotlight: Horace Horsecollar at Walt Disney World
Horace Horsecollar is a challenging character to find at Walt Disney World. He often makes appearances at the Frontierland Hoedown. However, he does not have a daily meet-and-greet in the parks or appear at any character meals. Horace is known for having a giant collar around his neck. According to his writeup on the D23 fan site, he has appeared in 11 cartoons and is typically paired with Clarabelle Cow. His first television appearance was in The Plowboy in 1929.
