See Frozone as a Character Sighting at Disney's Hollywood Studios

Guests visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios have an opportunity to see Frozone from The Incredibles as a character sighting. He greets guests from a distance in a fenced lawn area toward the end of Hollywood Boulevard. You’ll find him across the walkway from an almost identical fenced area where Donald and Daisy Duck rotate throughout the day. When he’s not available, you might also run into Edna Mode waving to guests from a distance.

Update: This character sighting debuted in February 2023 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It ended a few months later when Frozone moved to Pixar Plaza, where he’s greets guests as a roaming character. The information and photos below are from when social distancing protocols were in place and are left for historical reference.

Frozone meets at this location intermittently throughout the day, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Unfortunately, his times are not listed in the My Disney Experience app. We hope they will eventually be added. Here are the instructions for checking the app on the day of your visit.

How to Locate Characters in the My Disney Experience App

Open the MDE app and select the pin drop at the bottom of the home screen.
Select the “Characters” category at the top middle of the screen. (The default is “Wait Times”.)
After selecting characters, use the park filter to select the park on the top left side of the screen.
Then, on the top right side of the screen, select “Show List.”
Scroll through the list of characters with their times and locations.

*As the day passes, you might notice that characters disappear from the app. When their last scheduled time passes, the meet-and-greet automatically disappears. A new schedule won’t be loaded until the following day. It is essential to check the app for meet-and-greets on the day of your visit.

Since this is a socially-distanced character interaction, Frozone does not sign autographs and remains a few feet away from guests.
