Disney Shares New Nighttime Parade Name ‘Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away’ at Magic Kingdom
Disney has released the full name of the new nighttime parade, which is expected to debut at Magic Kingdom in the summer of 2025. The parade was announced earlier this year at the D23 Ultimate Fan Event. Its official name, Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away, was released this evening during ABC’s Wonderful World of Disney Holiday Spectacular.
Here is a portion of the announcement from the parade’s director:
Disney Starlight is a constellation of Disney dreams brought to life by the magic of the Blue Fairy. Fans will see Disney favorites from classics like Pinocchio and Peter Pan, to newer favorites like Encanto, Frozen, and Moana. We’re taking this idea of a magical constellation of wishes and dreams and weaving it throughout the parade, uniting our stories with a touch of hope and wonder.

Since the initial announcement, Disney has released the following concept art for Disney Starlight.
Magic Kingdom’s new nighttime parade is a long-awaited event among Disney fans. The last performance of the Main Street Electrical Parade at Disney World was on October 9, 2016. If you’re doing the math, it will have been nearly nine years since Magic Kingdom last had an evening parade when this one debuts next summer.
