Celebrate Everything ‘Snow White’ at Walt Disney World

As you probably know the live-action Snow White is now open in theaters. To celebrate, the Disney Parks Blog has shared an article about ways to celebrate Snow White at all Disney Parks worldwide. Since we tend to focus on Walt Disney World, I thought it would be fun to look at the current offerings, including character meet-and-greets, character dining, and attractions.
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train
Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is the Snow White-themed attraction at Walt Disney World. It opened over a decade ago in 2014 and remains one of the most popular attractions! You can hardly think of the attraction without hearing a “Heigh-Ho” somewhere in the back of your mind!
Before the mine train existed, Snow White was still a prevalent part of the park. Remember Snow White’s Scary Adventures? Here’s an excerpt from the Disney Parks Blog that shares the history of Snow White attractions at Magic Kingdom Park.
Snow White’s Adventures opened in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World on October 1, 1971, before being renamed during the renovation to Snow White’s Scary Adventures in 1994. Part of this reimagining was to include the character of Snow White in the ride for the first time. At Walt Disney World, you can now find the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

Snow White Meet-and-Greets
Snow White is also a regular character in the parks. She meets daily at Epcot near her Wishing Well in the Germany Pavilion.

She often meets on the side patio of Town Square Theater at Magic Kingdom and appears with the Seven Dwarfs in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. You’ll want to check the My Disney Experience app on the day of your visit for exact times.

Snow White Character Dining
Guests can also dine with Snow White, Grumpy, Dopey, and the Evil Queen at Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White. This location is offered nightly at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and requires advanced reservations. It’s a wonderful way to dine with beloved characters and a rare chance to meet the Evil Queen. See our article about the status of rare villains at Disney World for more details.
*She is also often part of the character meals at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot and we’ve also met her in the past at Cinderella’s Royal Table at Magic Kingdom. Princesses at these locations are on a rotation.

Snow White Topiaries at Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival
Lastly, if you’re visiting during Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival, you might enjoy seeing the character topiaries featuring Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! They are exceptional works of landscaped art.

Snow White is a beloved and monumental part of Disney history and we hope she always has a significant presence in the parks! For more details on her meet-and-greet at Epcot, you might enjoy the following:
