Road Closures for 2025 runDisney Princess Weekend 10K and Half-Marathon
If you’re visiting Walt Disney World this upcoming weekend, you’ll want to be aware of a few road closures on Saturday and Sunday morning due to the runDisney Princess Half Marathon weekend. We’ve provided a map with a few details below.
Disney Princess 10K Road Closures (Saturday)
Race Details: Fly high with Princess Jasmine during a 6.2-mile showdown with the evil sorcerer Jafar. Just beware the hypnotic eyes of his serpentine staff.
- Race Date: Saturday, February 22, 2025
- Official Start Time: 5:00 a.m.
- Anticipated Race Time: 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Start and Finish Points: Epcot’s parking lot
The following map shows road closures in red and the modified traffic pattern in blue. You probably won’t run into major traffic on property because of this race, but there could be some backup trying to get to Epcot’s entrance before 10:00 a.m.
Disney Princess Half Marathon Road Closures (Sunday)
Race Details: Slay a 13.1-mile journey with Princess Aurora (a.k.a. Sleeping Beauty) as she confronts the wrath of Maleficent. Watch out for cursed spindles!

- Official Race Start: 5:00 a.m.
- Anticipated Race Time: 5:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
- Start and Finish Points: Epcot’s parking lot
The half marathon course on Sunday will likely cause more delays due to its length. This race is likely to cause more impacts when parking at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Make sure you’re aware of the closures below (red) before you drive to the parks. If you’re staying at a resort, you’re likely better off to rely on Disney transportation. Those driving might want to arrive extra early and deal with the traffic or start their day later.
